Note down the browser and version you are using.
Copy the video’s Replay Link using Share → Copy link.
Contact Medeo Support and provide the browser details and Replay link.
Good to know: Generation time vary based on server load and prompt complexity. If an image or clip takes much longer than expected, you can refresh the page without losing your project. Your chat history and previous generations are automatically saved.
