Edit your video with Chat

After Medeo generates your video, you can continue the conversation to make changes.

Regenerate a clip

Ask Medeo to regenerate a clip to change its pacing, action, or transition.

  1. In the Command Box, describe the change you want.

  2. Specify the clip or part of the video you want to change.

  3. Describe the result you want.

For example:

  • “Regenerate this clip with a faster pace.”

  • “Make the transition into the next scene smoother.”

  • “Reduce the action in this shot so the movement feels more natural.”

Tip: Limit each clip to one clear action. Several actions in one clip can make the motion feel crowded and transitions less natural.

Change the audio

Ask Medeo to change the language, music style, or voiceover in your video.

  1. In the Command Box, describe the audio change you want.

  2. Specify the track or type of audio if needed.

  3. Review the changes in the Timeline and Preview.

For example:

  • “Change the voiceover to English.”

  • “Use more cinematic background music.”

  • “Change the narrator to a warmer voice.”

Fix audio-video sync

Use the Command Box when the audio and video are out of sync, such as when the audio is shorter than a scene or when you want a voiceover line to match a specific moment.

  1. In the Command Box, describe the sync issue.

  2. Specify the scene or audio you want to adjust.

  3. Describe how the audio should align with the video.

  4. Review the result in Preview and on the Timeline.

For example:

  • “Extend the voiceover so it matches the full scene.”

  • “Match this line of audio to the second clip.”

  • “Adjust the timing so the narration starts when this scene begins.”
