A generation error may appear as "Failed attempt" or a similar message. AI-generated images and videos can take time to generate, so a delay does not always mean that generation has failed.
Most generation errors are caused by network issues. The steps below resolve most of them.
Start with the first step and work through the list.
Refresh the page, then try generating again.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome.
Refresh the page and wait a little longer for generation to finish.
If the issue continues:
Note down the browser and version you are using.
Copy the video’s Replay Link using Share → Copy link.
