If you previously used the legacy version of Medeo, you can request to migrate your remaining paid benefits to your Medeo 1.0 account.
Your remaining Credits and equivalent unused subscription time can be transferred to your Medeo 1.0 account at no additional cost.
To request a migration:
Create or sign in to your Medeo 1.0 account.
Contact Medeo Support.
Provide:
the email address used for your previous Medeo account; and
the email address registered with your Medeo 1.0 account.
Please note that existing video projects cannot be automatically migrated to the Medeo 1.0 workspace because the project formats are different.
Your projects in the previous version will remain accessible for viewing and exporting during the maintenance period.
