If you received a Medeo promo code, redeem code, coupon code, or creator code, you can redeem it from the Medeo web version.
Sign in to your Medeo account on the web.
Open the User menu.
Select Redeem code.
Enter your code and follow the on-screen instructions.
If the code does not work, check that it was entered correctly. If you still cannot redeem it, contact Medeo Support and include the code you are trying to use and a screenshot of any error message.
