Subscription credits become available on your billing date and are valid for one month (until the same date in the following month). Credits are issued independently each month, and any unused credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle and will not roll over to the next month.
If your billing date falls on the 31st and the month has fewer days (such as February), the system will automatically adjust the issuance date to the last day of that month.
