You may decide whether to use your original creations for commercial purposes. Copyright ownership is governed by the Terms of Use agreed to during registration.

According to the Terms of Use :

  1. Content generated by Medeo is owned by Medeo in terms of intellectual property, and users may use the generated results in compliance with the applicable terms.

II. Features & Capabilities ⚙️

  • What models and features are currently available in Medeo?

Medeo integrates multiple mainstream AI generation tools, including Jimeng (Seedream), Kling, and Sora-2, and provides access to a library of over 500,000 video assets.

With built-in AI-powered creative understanding, Medeo can automatically select the most suitable model and workflow by default. You can also manually specify models for an entire video or specific segments. Currently supported options include Sora-2 and Sora-2 Pro for text-to-video and image-to-video generation, as well as workflows such as text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-video and text-to-speech.

During creation, you can control a wide range of video parameters:

  1. Style – define a global visual style before generation or assign specific styles to individual scenes.

  2. Pacing – specify the desired pacing in text and adjust the editing rhythm after previewing.

  3. Shots – define visual elements, character actions, and cinematic language, or let Medeo automatically generate shot scripts based on the story. Some features depend on the model used. For example, only the Sora-2 model currently supports sound effect generation.

  4. Characters – define a character’s appearance and use it as a reference to maintain consistency.

  5. Voice selection – choose between Sora voices or TTS voices, or use built-in recipe templates.

  • What are the file limits and supported formats?

Medeo supports a wide range of video types, including character-based videos, stop-motion style animations, narrative stories, and short advertising videos.

  1. You can upload image and video files as source material:

Images can be up to 10 MB each

Videos can be up to 200 MB per file and can be added directly to the timeline

If a file exceeds the size limit, the system will display an error icon.

  2. For generated output:

Medeo can handle videos of up to 2 minutes

High-definition export is supported, with resolutions up to 1080p

  • Does Medeo support audio upload, custom voices, or voice cloning?

Audio file uploads are not supported at this time, so uploaded audio cannot be recognized by the system.

Voice cloning is not currently available. Medeo is exploring this capability as part of future audio-related improvements 🎙️

III. Credits & Billing 💳

  • How do Credits work and how can I purchase them?

Credits are usage-based points for accessing AI features. Different operations, such as image generation, video generation, and voice synthesis, consume different amounts of Credits.

You can purchase paid plans directly on the official website. Subscriptions and Credits packages are available.

If you run out of Credits, you have two options:

  1. Purchase a Credits package to instantly receive additional Credits. A paid subscription is required.

  2. Upgrade your subscription plan to receive a higher monthly Credits allocation.

  • What happens if my generation fails?

When a generation is canceled:

  1. Credits will not be charged for unfinished portions

  2. Completed portions will be charged as usual

Medeo strives to minimize unnecessary Credits consumption caused by system issues.

  • How can I downgrade or cancel my subscription?

You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Until then, all benefits of your current plan will remain available. Once the change takes effect, your benefits will be adjusted according to the new plan.

Please note that you can only stop automatic renewal. The current billing period will still remain active.

To cancel or downgrade:

  1. Click “Billing” from the user menu in the lower-left corner of the homepage.

  2. On the billing page, click “Cancel subscription”.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

IV. Troubleshooting 🛠️

  • My generation failed or is stuck. What should I do?

If video generation fails, please try again. Failed generation attempts will not consume any Credits.

If generation or rendering is slow, it may be caused by high server load. Typically, generating an image takes under 30 seconds, and generating a clip takes under 5 minutes.

If video export or preview is laggy, try the following:

  1. Refresh your browser

  2. Use the latest version of Chrome

  3. Wait a little longer and retry

If the issue persists:

  1. Note the browser you are using

  2. Provide the video project URL

  3. Confirm authorization for engineers to access the data

  4. Contact customer support through the official Medeo channel

  • How do I improve and maintain character consistency in Medeo?

You can maintain consistency for characters, objects, and styles by specifying or uploading a character reference.

To further improve results:

  1. Create and fix the character in advance, including visual and voice traits

  2. Generate a reference keyframe first, preferably using Nano banana pro

  3. Generate the video based on that keyframe

This workflow can significantly improve consistency :).
