Welcome to our video creation platform! This guide will help you understand our subscription plans and Credits system, so you can plan your creative journey.


What are Credits?

Credits are the currency you use for AI-powered creation on our platform. When you use AI features like generating images, videos, or voiceovers, you'll consume Credits.

  • More complex and higher-quality content consumes more Credits

  • Using advanced AI models also consumes more Credits

  • You can check your Credits balance and usage history anytime


Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Fresh, Pro, Insider, Business) to meet different creative needs, from individual exploration to team collaboration.


How to Get Credits

1. Subscription Allocation

After subscribing to a paid plan, you'll automatically receive Credits each month:

  • Monthly subscription: Credits are allocated at the beginning of each month

  • Annual subscription: Credits are distributed monthly, allocated at the start of each month

2. Top-up Credits

Paid subscribers can purchase additional Credits packs anytime:

  • Credits are available immediately after purchase

  • Valid for 3 years

  • Click "Top-up Credits" to view purchase options

⚠️ Note: Free users need to upgrade to a paid plan before purchasing Credits packs.


Credits Usage Rules

Consumption Priority

When you have Credits from multiple sources, the system uses them in this order:

  1. Credits expiring soonest first β€” to minimize waste

  2. Subscription Credits second

  3. Top-up Credits last

When Balance is Low

When your Credits are insufficient, the system will prompt you to:

  • Top up before continuing

  • Purchase a Credits pack or upgrade your subscription

  • For high-consumption operations, the system will estimate required Credits beforehand to avoid unexpected costs


Managing Your Subscription

How to Upgrade?

  1. Click the "Upgrade Plan" button

  2. Select your desired plan and billing cycle

  3. Changes take effect immediately after payment

What happens after upgrading:

  • Immediately access all benefits of the new plan

  • Receive the Credits difference between plans right away

  • Your existing unused Credits remain valid

How to Downgrade or Cancel?

  • Downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • Until then, you'll continue to enjoy your current plan's benefits

  • After that, your benefits will adjust to the new plan

Billing Cycle

We offer monthly and annual billing:

  • Annual is more economical: Save about 20% compared to monthly

  • You can change your billing cycle at renewal


Processing Priority

During peak times, tasks may need to queue. Higher subscription tiers get higher processing priority:

  • Insider > Pro > Fresh > Free

  • After upgrading, your queued tasks will automatically receive higher priority

About Credits

Q: What are Credits? Why do I need them?

A: Credits are points you spend when using AI features. Different AI operations (like generating images, videos, voiceovers) consume different amounts of Credits. This lets you flexibly control your creative costs and pay only for what you actually use.


Q: Do my Credits expire?

A: Yes.

  • Subscription Credits: Valid for the current month; unused Credits expire at month end

  • Top-up Credits: Valid for 3 years

We recommend planning your usage to avoid wasting Credits.


Q: How can I check my Credits balance and usage history?

A: Click the user menu in the top-right corner and select "Credits Details" to view:

  • Your current Credits balance

  • Credits validity periods

  • Detailed acquisition and consumption records


Q: What if I run out of Credits?

A: You have two options:

  1. Purchase a Credits pack: Get additional Credits immediately (requires paid subscription)

  2. Upgrade your subscription: Get a higher monthly Credits allocation


Q: Why do different operations consume different amounts of Credits?

A: Credits consumption depends on:

  • Operation type: Video generation consumes more than image generation

  • Output quality: Higher resolution and longer duration consume more

  • AI model: Advanced models produce better results but consume more

The system will show estimated consumption before high-cost operations, so you know what to expect.


Q: If I cancel an operation midway, will Credits be refunded?

A: When you cancel an operation:

  • Uncompleted portions won't be charged

  • Completed portions will be charged normally

  • We minimize extra consumption caused by system issues


About Subscriptions

Q: What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?

A:

  • Annual: Pay for the full year upfront and enjoy about 20% off. Credits are still distributed monthly.

  • Monthly: Pay month by month with more flexibility, but at a slightly higher rate.


Q: What happens to my existing Credits after upgrading?

A: Your existing Credits won't be lost! They'll remain valid with their original expiration dates and will be consumed before newly allocated Credits.


Q: Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

A: Yes. After canceling:

  • You can continue using all benefits for the remainder of your paid period

  • Your account will become a Free plan after the period ends

  • No refund will be issued for the paid amount


Q: What happens if my subscription renewal fails?

A: If your subscription renewal fails:

  • The system will automatically retry the payment

  • You can continue using the service during retry attempts

  • If all retries fail, your account will become a Free plan


Q: What can Free users do?

A: Free users can use all basic creative features and receive a monthly trial allocation. However, some advanced features (like private projects, watermark removal, purchasing additional Credits) require upgrading to a paid plan.


About Storage

Q: What if my files exceed the storage limit?

A: If storage exceeds the limit due to downgrade or cancellation:

  • Your existing files will be preserved, not deleted

  • You won't be able to upload new files until you free up space

  • You can delete some files or upgrade your plan


About Processing Speed

Q: Why do my tasks need to queue?

A: During peak hours, tasks are queued by priority to ensure a good experience for all users. Higher subscription tiers get higher priority. If you frequently need fast turnaround, consider upgrading to a higher plan.


Q: Will my queued tasks speed up after upgrading?

A: Yes! Your priority increases immediately after upgrading, and your waiting tasks will also receive higher processing priority.
